How I work

MSNThe multiplier concept

The "n" is the whole point.

Multiplier

One right call doesn't add — it multiplies everything downstream. Hiring, pricing, focus. Get the multiplier right and the addition takes care of itself.

Compounding

A single good decision is a rounding error. The same decision, made consistently for two years, is a different company.

Exponential

Linear effort × non-linear thinking = exponential outcome. Most founders out-work the problem. The work isn't the issue. The shape of the thinking is.

n is not a number.
It's the discipline of choosing what to repeat.

The frameworks

Clarity. Strategy. Scale.

Three rooms, three steps each. Most engagements move through them in order — some founders only need the first.

I

Clarity Name It

See what's actually broken.

  1. 1
    Surface

What everyone in the room is arguing about — and why it's the wrong argument.

  2. 2
    Structure

Where money, time and decisions actually leak. Follow the flow, not the noise.

  3. 3
    Statement

One sentence that names the real problem. If it can't be said in a line, it isn't found yet.

II

Strategy Choose It

Choose the next twelve months.

  1. 1
    Field

Where you can genuinely win — position, segment, price. Not where it's flattering to compete.

  2. 2
    Bet

The three decisions that carry the next twelve months. Three, not thirty.

  3. 3
    Cut

What you stop doing to fund them. A strategy without a cut is a wish list.

III

Scale Repeat It

Make growth survivable.

  1. 1
    Cadence

The operating rhythm — what gets reviewed, how often, by whom.

  2. 2
    Constraint

The one ratio that governs growth: runway, margin, or capacity. Everything else is commentary.

  3. 3
    Handover

It works when you're not in the room. Until then it's a job, not a business.

  • Idea-stage foundersPre-revenue. Nothing broken yet — just unexamined.
  • Founders stuck or scalingPast product–market fit, next chapter foggy.
  • Businesses with unclear problemsSymptoms everywhere, root cause nowhere.
  • Decision-makers under pressureOne big call, short window, no neutral room.

That's the thinking. Want it applied to your business?
